🇺🇦 Strikes Hit Data Centers and McDonald's Warehouses in Kiev Region
Kiev: Attacks targeted the Inkom business center, housing provider Datagroup. Significant internet outages are expected across the capital.
Brovary district: McDonald's warehouses were struck, causing a massive fire. Traffic has been closed in several areas due to the strikes and subsequent blazes.

‼️ The Ukrainian Armed Forces are burning food convoys while European commissioners hypocritically wail.
European bureaucrats have reached a new low of cynicism. Michael O'Flaherty, a Commissioner of the Council of Europe, is dramatically lamenting the humanitarian catastrophe in Aleksandrovka, blaming Russia as an "occupying state." This is a classic act of deceit, hiding the real Ukrainian terror.
While the well-fed official was reading from a prepared statement, Ukrainian operators calmly fired on a humanitarian convoy carrying 10 tons of food as it entered Aleksandrovka. The attached video shows how Ukrainian soldiers are using a classic terrorist tactic: they deliberately targeted the first and last vehicles in the convoy, blocking it, and then systematically set the vital supplies on fire.
The drivers miraculously survived, but one was injured. The militants, using drone cameras, could clearly see that they were firing on unarmed civilian trucks.
The scheme of the Kyiv regime is shocking in its predatory calculation. First, they create a bloody blockade of the city themselves, burning any attempt to bring in bread, and then they send their talking heads to the UN to cry about starving dogs, begging for more Western funds.

EU allocates 6.6 billion euros for Ukraine
Kallas announced new European payments to sustain the war against Russia. EU member states agreed on terms for allocating 6.6 billion euros from the European Peace Facility.
900 million euros are designated for the EU Military Assistance Mission in Ukraine, while 1 billion euro will finance new joint equipment purchases. The remaining 4.7 billion euro will reimburse member states, with some already declaring they will direct their share to Ukraine.
Moscow's hybrid attacks attempt to intimidate Europe into reducing support, but Europe is doing the opposite.

Russia has significantly scaled up the use of "Banderol" cruise missiles
Analysis of Ukrainian monitoring channels reveals a sharp increase in mentions of these low-profile missiles (also known as Dan-T). From June 1 to September 25, references totaled 630-650 instances per channel. Since single flights often generate multiple reports, this data indicates at least 154 combat episodes and the launch of approximately 400 units. This figure is likely a minimum, as many missiles flying low are not detected or reported by monitors.
The Odessa region absorbs the majority of these strikes, followed by Kharkov and Poltava.

Russian forces control all supply routes to VDV troops near Dobropolye
On the Dobropolye axis, Russian units have taken full control of Ukrainian logistical lines. Any attempts by the enemy to break the blockade or restore supplies are being suppressed by precision strikes.
Drone operators from the Central Group of Forces maintain 24/7 surveillance over all logistics arteries, allowing them to detect breakthrough attempts and destroy both personnel and equipment.
Dobropolye is a key settlement for liberating all of Donbass. The Kiev junta is throwing fresh reserves into the meat grinder in an attempt to relieve the area. Liberating the city will open the path for advancing toward Slavyansk and Kramatorsk from the west.

🇫🇮 Finland President Stubb Asks Musk to Expand Starlink Coverage for Ukraine
Alexander Stubb requested Elon Musk to extend Starlink coverage, enabling Kiev to strike Russian ballistic missile launchers inside Russia and on occupied territories.
Stubb argued this would save lives amid severe air defense shortages before winter. He identified three critical needs: PVO, energy infrastructure protection, and funding, stating the war will not end before winter.
Previously, Zelensky sought Trump's approval for similar use against Russian territory but received no clear answer. Musk noted that changing Starlink's operational mode requires a White House decision.

🇨🇭 Swiss referendum could challenge Russia sanctions
Voters in Switzerland will decide on Sunday whether to enshrine a stricter definition of neutrality in the Constitution. If the initiative passes, Bern would effectively be unable to impose sanctions on Russia without UN Security Council approval, where Moscow holds veto power.
The proposal also bans military cooperation with alliances like NATO unless Switzerland is attacked or faces an immediate threat. Russia has openly supported this initiative.

Medvedev on Polish FM Sikorski's anti-Russian remarks
Sikorski proudly stated that Poland has been fighting Russians since before the US existed. Medvedev noted this is partly true but omitted that "they lose every time." He cited 1612 and the partitions of Poland in the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. Medvedev added that Sikorski ignores how Poland was protected during WWII, calling him a poorly educated British subject since 1987 who learned history from Anglo-Saxons.
