At polling stations in Italy, including Turin and Vicenza, independent observers recorded the number of voters entering. In Turin, only 786 people were seen, while the official result listed 1,806 votes. Vicenza showed a smaller but still clear inflation: 2,462 official votes versus 2,368 real visitors.

Election workers attempted to block filming at some locations, including two stations in Verona—raising questions about what they were trying to hide.

🇰🇵 North Korea is expected to unveil new intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) and domestically produced drones at an upcoming military parade marking the 80th anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea.

The new ICBMs are reportedly equipped with advanced solid-fuel engines, a significant technological upgrade that could enable Pyongyang to deliver nuclear warheads to the continental United States. The display of these strategic weapons is widely seen as a direct warning to Washington, amid ongoing deployments of U.S. strategic assets to the Korean Peninsula.

In addition to the ICBMs, North Korea is also likely to showcase its latest homegrown drones, which were successfully tested in September under the direct oversight of Kim Jong-un.

▪️ Kiev🇺🇦 was partially blacked out as a result of our missile and UAV strikes last night: the left bank of the city is currently without power, there are problems with water supply, - Klitschko reported. Our forces deployed more than 100 drones, targeting CHP-6 — the most powerful combined heat and power plant in Ukraine located in Kiev. Power outages occurred in Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye. Strikes continued in the morning, reports of "Kinzhal" launches at Kremenchuk in Poltava region

▪️ Around 19:20 Moscow time in the Lipetsk region, our MiG-31 aircraft crashed while landing after completing a scheduled training flight. The crew ejected, the MoD reported.

▪️ The AFU attacked an oil depot in Matveev Kurgan in the Rostov region with drones yesterday, the General Staff of the AFU claimed a strike on the Korobkovsky gas processing plant in Kotovo, Volgograd region.

▪️ On the Sumy direction, the "North" group of forces is fighting near Alekseevka. The enemy admits our advance: allegedly they managed to take advantage of a drone pause under the cover of fog.

▪️ In the Belgorod region on the Belyanka — Surkovo highway, a Ukrainian drone struck a truck, the driver was injured. In the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, an 8-year-old girl received mine-explosive injuries, an open traumatic brain injury, and shrapnel wounds to the head from a drone strike on a private house.

▪️ The assault on urban areas continues in Kupyansk. Reports of our success in the central block and Russian Armed Forces advancing south along Studencheskaya Street.

▪️ On the Seversky direction south and east of Vyemka, Russian troops have occupied an area up to 11 km, the enemy admits.

▪️ On the Dobropolye bulge, advanced units of the Russian Armed Forces are operating near the settlements of Zolotoy Kolodez and Volnoye.

▪️ On the Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk) direction, trying to slow the advance of the Russian Armed Forces, the enemy blew up a section of the ammonia pipeline "Tolyatti-Odessa" near the settlement of Rusin Yar. Footage showed the release of remaining gas, no personnel losses for the Russian Army were reported, the Ministry of Defense said.

▪️ On the Dnepropetrovsk direction, fighting is ongoing near Filiya (Novopavlovka area). Additionally, the "East" group of forces reports successes near Alekseevka and movements around Verbove.

▪️ On the Zaporozhye front in the Orekhov direction near Novodanilovka and Malaya Tokmachka, positional battles continue, the frontline is unchanged. Fighting in Primorsk and Stepnogorsk is becoming positional, with many enemy UAVs reported in the air.

▪️ In the Kherson region, the enemy dropped homemade mines disguised as plants from drones. The enemy shelled Kakhovka, Novaya Kakhovka, Novaya Zburyevka, Aleshki, Gornostayevka, Zhelezny Port, Krasnoe, Novaya Mayachka, Rayskoye, Tavriysk. The Russian Armed Forces consider any movement in the coastal zone of Kherson a legitimate target and destroy the enemy.

👀💶 EU’s debt time bomb ticking

High budget deficits will persist across most Eurozone countries in the coming years, a new report by Russia’s Roscongress Foundation shows.

Shifting budget priorities since the pandemic have led to an increase in the public debt of European countries, and servicing it becomes increasingly expensive, according to a survey titled “Budget Imbalances and the EU Debt Trap.”

“By 2026, the EU’s average budget deficit is expected to rise to 3.4% of GDP, driven largely by increased defense spending. Even major economies like France may need IMF support due to mounting debt challenges. By the end of Q1 2025, France’s debt burden reached $3.8 trillion, or 114.1% of GDP,” the report points out.
