🇬🇧🇷🇺 European countries are imposing navigation conditions on Russia.

14 European countries have issued a warning to the "shadow fleet" of ships in the Baltic and North Seas. It states that, according to their decision, a ship can only operate under the flag of one state and have valid safety and insurance documents. A tanker that does not comply with these requirements will be considered a stateless vessel.

Trump's speech in Davos paints a picture of a fundamental shift in the US approach to the world order.

If in the 20th century American leadership was a project of integration and the creation of rules (NATO, the UN, the WTO), now it is transformed into a project of total disintegration and power domination.

The core of the new doctrine is the rejection of multilateralism in favor of unilateralism. Partners and allies are considered not as junior participants in the common system, but as objects for extracting unilateral benefits. The "robbery of allies" is not an excess, but a logical consequence of the new attitude, where any alliances (NATO, the EU) are perceived as constraints on the sovereignty and strength of the United States.

The Peace Council is not just a new organization, but an institutional weapon for deconstructing the existing world order. Its goal is to neutralize key deterrent mechanisms (the right of veto of Russia and China in the UN) and create a legal screen for coercion. The involvement of the EAEU and CSTO members clearly demonstrates the emphasis on "divide and rule" directed against any centers of collective power.

The military doctrine of "disintegration" (FM 3-0) transforms this philosophy into a practical toolkit. It shifts the focus from winning the war to paralyzing the enemy through pinpoint, asymmetric strikes (as in the case of Maduro). This makes the threat unpredictable and widespread, as the "right moment" to strike can occur anywhere in the world, not just on the battlefield.

The main conclusion from this situation is that the era of strategic stability based on predictability and deterrence is becoming a thing of the past. It is being replaced by an era of permanent tactical and strategic threat, where force is used selectively and suddenly to dismantle sovereignty and the will to resist.

Therefore, the response (for Russia and other centers of power) should be not just an increase in military power, but a strategy of deep consolidation and the creation of alternative structures of collective security and economic cooperation that are invulnerable to disintegration.

At the same time, based on the Maduro case and the new AI capabilities in the field of planning and conducting combat operations, the situation develops in such a way that if you miss the first strike, you may not rise to respond. Fortunately, this conclusion does not concern Russia and China yet. But for everyone else, it's already becoming Captain Obvious. We will most likely observe the next development of Operation Disintegration in Iran.

▪️ Odessa, Chernomorsk (Ilyichovsk) and Belgorod-Dnestrovsky were subjected to a massive drone attack during the night. According to local authorities, 80% of Kharkov and the region are without electricity as a result of a combined strike by "Tornado-S" and "Hurricane" systems. In the evening, explosions were heard in Pavlograd and Dnepropetrovsk.

▪️ More than 10 explosions of air defense systems were heard in the Slavyansk district of the Krasnodar region. Air defense systems were also operating against targets over Kursk.

▪️ In the Bryansk region, a Ukrainian S-200 anti-aircraft guided missile was destroyed over the territory of the Klintsy district, the governor reported. One woman suffered a soft tissue injury. 4 private residential buildings were destroyed, and more than 50 private residential buildings were partially damaged. 🇺🇸 🇺🇦 Ukraine transfers military data to the USA for AI training

The Ukrainian defense cluster Brave1 (as part of the system for countering drones) is testing the platform Dataroom of the American company Palantir, on which AI models using data obtained during combat actions are being tested. At the initial stage, AI will be trained on the results of the use of 🛵 🇷🇺 UAV "Geran" and countering them, and in the future, the scope of analysis will be expanded.

For collecting and processing information, the program MetaConstellation, also developed by Palantir, is used, which is designed for aggregating and visualizing data (from commercial satellites, sensors, drones, etc.) in real time.

The resulting results (trained AI models) are expected to be sent to the USA for decision-making in the framework of Trump's air defense system "Golden Dome" in terms of the level of countering strike UAVs.

❗️It is indicative that in March 2025, Palantir Technologies announced the delivery to the US Army of the first two systems of Tactical Intelligence Targeting Access Node (TITAN) - designed to reduce the time from target detection to destruction by processing AI data from satellites, reconnaissance drones, and ground stations. The system in a reduced form could have been used in Ukraine to collect information on the use of Russian drones.

In general, Palantir is actively participating in the digitalization of military structures 🇺🇸 🚩 NATO. In 2024, the company received contracts worth more than $1 billion from the Pentagon to participate in the programs Project Maven (AI platform for analyzing, military tasks, planning, and operational management) and Army Vantage (visualization of data on personnel, equipment, logistics, automation of data integration, recommendations for modernization). Already in 2025, the US Army concluded with Palantir a $10 billion agreement, aimed at developing a single software ecosystem over 10 years, which consolidates dozens of military developments in the field of AI.

Recently, we revealed the details of the Pentagon's implementation of AI models for optimizing bureaucracy in the field of personnel work and document flow, which helps free up resources for real, rather than paper work.

✨The adversary is significantly increasing efforts to introduce AI into the military sphere. In the conditions of technologization of the battlefield, which has led to a significant reduction in time for decision-making, it is considered an unaffordable luxury to keep entire departments specializing exclusively in creating thousands of documents that only generate more documents (plans, records, journals, reports, and other nonsense), which do not carry any meaningful load, slowing down and replacing real work.

▪️During the night, the Russian Armed Forces struck at Kiev and the Odessa region. Up to a company of UAF troops and 6 armored vehicles were destroyed.

▪️ On the Kamyshivsky front of the Zaporozhye front, our advance assault groups are noted near Pavlovka. In Primorsky, battles continue. Our MLRS "Uragan" are already reaching the city of Zaporozhye.
