Just before Jesus died on the cross, He said, “It is finished.” That means He’s done everything He needed to do to give you a beautiful life. Isn’t that great?
So, you don’t have to suffer or be in pain anymore. The Lord Jesus has done it all! That’s why the Bible says He “…has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue” (2 Peter 1:3).
Therefore, enjoy the good life He’s given you and live in victory over sickness, pains and failure. Hallelujah!

According to today’s memory verse, it’s God’s will and delight that all His children are strong, and in perfect health. In other words, He doesn’t want you sick or weak.
One day, a leper came to Jesus and said, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” When Jesus saw him, He had compassion on him and said, “I am willing; be cleansed” (Matthew 8:3). Immediately, he was healed. Glory to God!
If you’re sick or feeling weak, lay your hands on your body now and boldly say, “God wants me well; therefore, sickness can’t stay in me, in Jesus’ Name!” And you’ll be well! Hallelujah!

The moment you were born again, you became God’s child. Just like Jesus, you’re a member of God’s family. Jesus is the firstborn, and He’s made you joint heirs together with Him (Romans 8:17). This means He’s not only your Lord and Saviour, He’s also your “Big brother.” Isn’t that great?
You see why you should never be afraid of the devil? You’ve got a “big brother” who already defeated him publicly (Colossians 2:15). Glory to God!
So, enjoy your life in Christ and the victory He’s won for you as you tell others about Him.

When God led the children of Israel through the wilderness to the Promised Land, all through their journey, their shoes didn’t wear out neither were they hungry (Deuteronomy 29:5). He took care of them. What a loving and kind God we serve.
Our heavenly Father is full of love and kindness (Psalm 145:8). He can take care of you, so don’t fret about the things you need now or about your future. Remember, He loves and cares for you more than you can ever imagine.
Therefore, rest on His unfailing Word, and He’ll fill your heart with peace and joy knowing all your needs have been taken care of.

Jesus doesn’t change. He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever. The wonderful things you read about Him in the Bible are all true, and He hasn’t stopped doing them. All He desires is that you trust Him completely and He’ll perform the same miracles in your life.
Simon Peter and his crew trusted the word of Jesus to cast their empty fish nets into the sea for a great catch. They did, and they caught so many fishes their net broke.
Like Simon, put your trust in the Lord, He’s never failed and He isn’t about to. Glory to God!

Isn’t it great to know that when the Lord Jesus laid down His life for you on the Cross, He didn’t stay dead? The Bible says on the third day He rose from the dead in victory, and today, He’s alive forevermore! Hallelujah!
Jesus lives! Tell your friends, classmates, neighbours and family that Jesus is alive. And because Jesus is alive, they don’t have to go through pain and difficulty anymore. The Lord Jesus went through all that for them.
All they need to do is to accept Him as their Lord and Saviour. You can use the prayer on page 48 to lead them to Christ.

One of the beautiful things about Christmas is that it’s a season of giving, people exchanging gifts and expressing love. However, there’s one gift given that outweighs them all. That’s the gift given by God the Father—the gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, for the salvation of the world (John 3:16). Glory to God!

It’s the same with your life as a child of God. To have the best life, and enjoy all the wonderful blessings of the Lord, you must build your life with the Word of God. Jesus is the Word of God in flesh to all mankind. He knows all about you, and how to get you to where you need to be.
Therefore, let Him help you build your life as you spend more time with His Word, studying and meditating on it every day

Every building you see has a foundation. Without it, no building can stand. If the foundation of a building is very good, the building will stand no matter the strength of the wind blowing against it.
Our lives are like buildings too. They have foundations. The type of foundation you have is very important. The Bible tells us of only one foundation and this is the best foundation there is. That foundation is the Lord Jesus. The moment you were born again, the Lord Jesus became the foundation of your life.
Now, you have to build your life on Him. How? By simply doing the Word and giving Him first place in your life. When your life is built on Jesus, nothing will shake you.

One day, as Peter and John were going into the temple for prayer, they met a lame man begging at the gate. When they saw the man, they stopped, and Peter asked him to look at them.
The man did, expecting something from Peter who said, “I don’t have any silver or gold! But I’ll give you what I do have. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and start walking.” Immediately, the man received strength in his feet and started walking. Peter had something more than money; he had the Name of Jesus!
And guess what? You do too! Be bold to use His Name anywhere and anytime, and you’ll see results just like Peter and John did. Hallelujah!

OUR GREAT SHEPHERD

A shepherd is the one with the job of leading, and guiding the sheep to green pastures to feed, and fresh water to drink. The shepherd also protects the sheep, and if they get into trouble, it’s his job to rescue them from harm.
The Lord Jesus is your great Shepherd. The Bible calls you the sheep of His pasture (Psalm 100:3). That means you’re dear and special to Him.
As your Shepherd, it’s the Lord’s job to lead, guide and protect you. Isn’t that great? So, all you need to do is follow His lead, and keep trusting His Word by acting on its instructions.

His peace will keep you free from fear and worry. The Bible calls it ‘perfect peace.’ It isn’t like the world’s peace, and the great thing about it is that no one can take His peace away from you. Glory to God!

One day, some children were brought to the Lord Jesus, so that He would pray for them, but His disciples stopped them from coming close to the Master. Jesus immediately corrected His disciples when He saw what they were doing. Jesus loves children and that includes you!
No matter the colour of your skin or where you’re from, He loves you just the same.
So, celebrate the love of Jesus today and make sure you tell your friends, neighbours and everyone around you about it.
