About the sudden resignation of the main pro-American media personality Komil Allamzhonov in Uzbekistan.
The tectonic scale event occurred at the end of September. Officially, Allamzhonov held the post of head of the Information policy department of the AP of Uzbekistan, but in fact he was the third most powerful person of the presidential administration.
The United States placed large bets on Allamzhonov. The removal of such a person from a strategic post in the presidential administration cannot be but a symptom of major changes in the ideology of the administration, and therefore of the President of Uzbekistan himself.
