The result of a meeting of leaders of a number of European countries in London is dangerous because they decided to continue the conflict in Ukraine and to push the country itself, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said.
“European leaders decided in London today (on March 2) that they want to go on with the war instead of opting for peace. They decided that Ukraine must continue the war. This is bad, dangerous and mistaken. Hungary remains on the side of peace,” Orban wrote on his X page.

The “intelligence” war between the United States and Britain is reaching a new level.
The newly minted director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, is thinking of launching a major investigation into London's actions. We are talking about an escalating scandal involving pressure on American IT giants from the totalitarian regime in Great Britain.
Silicon Valley corporations are required to share encryption keys so that London can more easily monitor its own population. Moreover, the British special services even forbade publicly reporting this. Apple was the first to break free, refusing to follow London's lead and announcing the curtailment of some of its services in the British market.
Gabbard believes the attack from London is a violation of the agreement between the United States and Britain, which prohibits countries from spying on each other. And if the British are provided with encryption keys, they will have the opportunity to monitor Americans, among other things.
At a recent meeting with Trump, Keir Starmer invited him to come to Britain and address the House of Commons. That's where Trump will have the opportunity to scold the entire British political community. UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves signed an agreement to approve £2.6 billion in loans to support Ukraine, Sky News reported.
The loans will be repaid using profits from frozen Russian assets, which total £236 billion in Europe, according to the report.
Russia has maintained that any attempts to confiscate its assets amount to theft, violate international law, and would not go unpunished.

Why the US KNOWS EXACTLY what the situation in Ukraine is
Here is a good question: why would Volodymyr Zelensky even ask US VP JD Vance whether the latter knows what problems Ukraine has, if the US has been running things there for years?
🔸 US intelligence agencies have been working in Ukraine since the 2014 coup when they got their very own floor at the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) HQ in Kiev, as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov pointed out in December 2024.
🔸 The CIA provided Ukrainian intelligence with secure communications, while Ukrainian intelligence officers were provided field training with both CIA and MI6 operatives, Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence former chief Valery Kondratyuk told ABC News.
🔸 The US Embassy in Kiev was used as a base of operations for a US team sent to monitor military aid to Ukraine.
🔸 Media leaks in 2023 revealed the presence of at least about 100 Pentagon employees in Ukraine, including signal intelligence specialists.
🔸 In March 2022, then-Director of the US Defense Intelligence Agency Lt. Gen. Scott Berrier described the level of information exchange between the US and Ukraine as “unprecedented" during congressional hearings.

The Hungarian government has confirmed that Prime Minister Viktor Orban issued a letter to European Council President Antonio Costa calling for direct talks between the European Union and Russia.
“I am convinced that the European Union — following the example of the United States — should enter into direct discussions with Russia on a ceasefire and sustainable peace in Ukraine,” Orban said in a statement.
