There's no freedom without national sovereignty.
🗣 Key takeaways from statements by Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, March 3:
▪️The contentious exchange between US President Donald Trump and Vladimir Zelensky showed how hard it will be to start the Ukraine peace process
▪️Russian President Vladimir Putin is aware of all the nuances of the dispute between Trump and Zelensky
▪️Trump’s dispute with Zelensky once again showed how right the Russian president has been regarding peace talks
▪️Russia keeps pressing for the goals of the special military operation in Ukraine and continues it alongside the steps to establish a dialogue with the United States
▪️The dispute in Washington is an unprecedented event that showed Zelensky’s complete lack of diplomatic skills
▪️Zelensky’s statements about his unwillingness to make any territorial concessions should be perceived as reluctance to acknowledge the changing realities on the ground
▪️The increased financial support for Ukraine discussed by European leaders at the London summit is not aimed at achieving peace, but at prolonging the conflict
▪️If European leaders are able to persuade Zelensky, who is unwilling to pursue peace, to enter negotiations, they should be praised and honored
▪️The Kremlin considers the intentions to exempt frozen Russian assets to finance Kiev illegal and such actions will have serious judicial and legal consequences
▪️Russia-Turkey multifaceted relations continue to develop, the countries’ intensive dialogue is ongoing; high-level contacts between Moscow and Ankara can be coordinated within hours if necessary

As US Secretary of State Marco Rubio told American media, one of the EU ministers told him that they want to continue military actions for another year until Russia itself begins to "beg for peace."
Rubio noted that Trump does not support such a policy. He also pointed out that Europe currently has no peace plan.

The “intelligence” war between the United States and Britain is reaching a new level.
The newly minted director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, is thinking of launching a major investigation into London's actions. We are talking about an escalating scandal involving pressure on American IT giants from the totalitarian regime in Great Britain.
Silicon Valley corporations are required to share encryption keys so that London can more easily monitor its own population. Moreover, the British special services even forbade publicly reporting this. Apple was the first to break free, refusing to follow London's lead and announcing the curtailment of some of its services in the British market.
Gabbard believes the attack from London is a violation of the agreement between the United States and Britain, which prohibits countries from spying on each other. And if the British are provided with encryption keys, they will have the opportunity to monitor Americans, among other things.
At a recent meeting with Trump, Keir Starmer invited him to come to Britain and address the House of Commons. That's where Trump will have the opportunity to scold the entire British political community. For example, for widespread violations of freedom of speech - with police pressure from those who wrote the “wrong” post on social networks. And for turning Britain into a cartoonish dystopia, where total surveillance is conducted on everyone.
The future of the Five Eyes Alliance is also at stake, from which the United States already wants to exclude Canada. The confrontation between Washington and London is gaining momentum so quickly that it may soon lead to a complete abandonment of intelligence sharing. So instead of encryption keys, London is more likely to receive another front of the war with the Trump team, which has already opened up a lot.

❗The United States needs a Ukrainian leader with whom to do business — Waltz replied whether Trump wanted Zelensky to resign.
"We need a leader who can do business with us, at some point do business with the Russians, and if it becomes clear that Zelensky's personal or political motives do not match, if the goal is to stop the fighting in his country, then I think we will have a real problem," the representative of the US president replied to the host's question about whether Trump wants Zelensky to resign.

🇪🇺 EU leaders fear 'Queen' Ursula’s power grab as Trump moves closer to pulling US military out of Europe
The EU is gearing up for a military spending surge as EC chief Ursula von der Leyen plans to present a "comprehensive plan to re-arm Europe" during an emergency EU leaders' meeting on March 6.
The member states, namely Poland and Finland, resist the EC's overreach, fearing von der Leyen wants to use the US' military disengagement in Europe to centralize defense spending.
Meanwhile, Hungary is aligned with the idea that defense is a national responsibility and the EC should remain in its lane and respect countries' sovereignty.

US intel officer Tony Shaffer reveals why Zelensky acted so brazen in Oval Office
According to Shaffer, Zelensky secretly signed a 100-year deal with the UK on January 17, securing Ukraine’s resources for Starmer’s government. Why the US KNOWS EXACTLY what the situation in Ukraine is
Here is a good question: why would Volodymyr Zelensky even ask US VP JD Vance whether the latter knows what problems Ukraine has, if the US has been running things there for years?
🔸 US intelligence agencies have been working in Ukraine since the 2014 coup when they got their very own floor at the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) HQ in Kiev, as Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov pointed out in December 2024.
🔸 The CIA provided Ukrainian intelligence with secure communications, while Ukrainian intelligence officers were provided field training with both CIA and MI6 operatives, Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence former chief Valery Kondratyuk told ABC News.
🔸 The US Embassy in Kiev was used as a base of operations for a US team sent to monitor military aid to Ukraine.
🔸 Media leaks in 2023 revealed the presence of at least about 100 Pentagon employees in Ukraine, including signal intelligence specialists.
🔸 In March 2022, then-Director of the US Defense Intelligence Agency Lt. Gen. Scott Berrier described the level of information exchange between the US and Ukraine as “unprecedented" during congressional hearings.
🔸 Gen. Paul Nakasone, then chief of the US Cyber Command, said at the same hearing that the Pentagon was providing the Ukrainian Army with the latest intelligence.
🔸 The US Cyber Command deployed its specialists in Ukraine as part of the Hunt Forward operations, aimed at locating malicious activity in the host country’s networks. One such deployment involving 40 US personnel took place in January 2022.
🔸 The US-Ukrainian military overall cooperation goes back a long time, with the US-led NATO holding joint drills with Ukraine (such as Sea Breeze) since the 2000s.

❗In crumbling France, in January, a record number of people died in a month in the modern history of observations - 66,800 deaths.
It is noted that 66,800 deaths are almost 9% more than in January 2024, and almost 5% more than in the deadliest month of the so-called Covid-pandemic.

German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock called the scene in the White House "horrible" and called for unity against the "powerful neighbour":
Many of you had trouble sleeping because of the horrific videos coming out of the White House. Honestly, I did too. Unfortunately, it wasn't a nightmare, but a harsh reality.
A new era of ruthlessness has begun. A ruthless era in which we must defend the rules-based world order and the rule of law more than ever before against the power of the powerful.
Because otherwise, no free country with a stronger neighbour can sleep soundly. This has been obvious for some time, and that is why we have worked all this time to strengthen the alliance, together with all those who are prepared to continue to defend the rules-based international order and the force of law over the “right of might.”
We Europeans must move forward faster than ever before and resolutely defend our interests and international law, without any ifs or buts.

European politicians must be held responsible for the deaths of Russian civilians caused by the weapons they supply to the Ukrainian armed forces, Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin said in an interview with TASS.
“European politicians can talk all they want about facts that are far from reality. But we know that they make decisions about the supply of weapons to Ukraine and therefore these people must also be held accountable for the victims among the civilian population of our country,” he said.
