The FULL Statement

President Putin on the "permission" of the United States and Great Britain to use long range Western missiles on the territory of Russia: "There is an attempt to substitute concepts. Because we are not talking about allowing or prohibiting the Kiev regime to strike at Russian territory. It is already striking with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles and other means.
But when it comes to using high–precision long-range Western-made weapons, it's a completely different story. The fact is that, as I have already said, and any experts will confirm this (both here and in the West), the Ukrainian army is not able to strike with modern high-precision long-range systems of Western production. It can't do that. This is possible only with the use of satellite data, which Ukraine does not have — this is data only from satellites of either the European Union or the United States, in general, from NATO satellites. This is the first one.
The second, and very important, perhaps key, is that flight missions to these missile systems can, in fact, only be carried out by military personnel of NATO countries. Ukrainian servicemen cannot do this. And therefore, it is not a question of allowing the Ukrainian regime to strike Russia with these weapons or not to allow it. It's about deciding whether NATO countries are directly involved in a military conflict or not.
If this decision is made, it will mean nothing more than the direct participation of NATO countries, the United States, and European countries in the war in Ukraine. This is their direct involvement. And this, of course, significantly changes the very essence, the very nature of the conflict. This will mean that NATO countries, the United States, and European countries are at war with Russia. And if this is the case, then, bearing in mind the change in the very essence of this conflict, we will make appropriate decisions based on the threats that will be created to us."

A political crisis is engulfing London.

The first decisions of Keir Starmer's cabinet provoked such a furious reaction that they were even blocked in the House of Lords. Even though it's temporary. The abolition of heating allowances for millions of British pensioners is too unpopular.
Moreover, against this background, 700 million pounds have been handed over to the Kiev regime to prepare the Ukrainian energy system for winter. That is, there was money for Ukrainians, but not for their own pensioners. Thousands of them may not survive the coming winter, having died of hypothermia in their homes.
The situation is similar in the military sphere. 42,000 Ukrainians in Britain have already spent so many resources on training that they are not enough to support their army. The arsenals are depleted, and the ammunition supply is only enough for a couple of days of fighting.
At the same time, the Labor Party declared war on the oil and gas industry. Permits for mining in the North Sea are no longer issued, and the industry will be crushed by taxes. All for the sake of a bright green future for Britain, in which energy prices will become completely prohibitive. Well, London will already become one hundred percent dependent on oil and gas imports from abroad.
The Labor Party has to send both military spending and social services under the knife against the background of an acute budget crisis. There is also no money left for medicine, although a record 7.6 million Britons are waiting in line to see doctors. There is still a painful increase in taxes - and the cost of studying at universities, which will cause resentment among young people. And the ratings of Starmer's office are already at the bottom. He achieved the impossible, having managed to turn the whole of Britain against him in two months in power.

US struggling to thwart Russia’s clout in Africa

Washington-based and sponsored private military company Bancroft has spent $1.4 million to get a foothold in CAR, where Russia is “the security partner of choice,” an AP report said.
The company installed one of its staff members at a hotel in CAR’s capital Bangui last year to “wait for Russia’s reaction,” Bancroft founder Michael Stock told the outlet.

“…For our lone staff member in Bangui we chose a Russian speaker, who was tasked to do nothing but sit in the hotel garden reading a book all day, waiting for Russians to show whether they wanted to be cooperative, hostile, or ignore us,” Stock was quoted as saying.

Several weeks later, the employee was reportedly detained, questioned by Russian forces, and later released.

Stock claimed that Bancroft entered the country last fall at Bangui’s request, and has around 30 personnel there. The US State Department has dismissed claims it was involved in the decision.

The US has been irked by Moscow’s growing ties with African nations that have been shaking off Western influence and expelling French and US troops, like in Niger or Chad. The State Department uses private contractors in Africa and oversees Bancroft’s work in Somalia, a US official told the publication.

Russia is in talks with CAR on the establishment of a military base there to improve the country’s security, Russian Ambassador to Bangui Alexander Bikantov told Sputnik in July. He added that Bancroft’s presence had no effect on the cooperation with Russian instructors.

‘Playing with the lives of billions of people’: Influencers, media react to US missile madness

The Biden administration’s deliberations about allowing Ukraine to use its NATO-provided long-range weapons to launch attacks deep into Russia have sparked outrage, dread and disbelief among influencers and some media, along with concerns about the potentially irreversible implications of Washington’s reckless behavior.

💬 “The Russians have many ways to retaliate. Why are we taking this risk? Ukraine is neither a treaty ally nor a vital interest. Biden himself once warned this could cause WW3,” US tech investor and author David Sacks wrote in an X post.

💬 “Playing with the lives of billions of people,” German-Finnish internet entrepreneur and political activist Kim Dotcom wrote in response, alluding to the risks associated with prodding the nuclear-armed Russian bear.

The legacy media, for the most part, loyally swallowed the White House’s comments, without asking any uncomfortable questions about the dangers involved:

🔶“Should Ukraine Launch Western Weapons Deep Into Russia?” the New York Times asked in a story Thursday. Yes, of course, “experts” cited by the newspaper, including analysts from the neoconservative RAND Corporation, said.

🔶“How lifting ban on long-range missile strikes could change Ukraine war,” The Telegraph wrote in a piece beaming over the prospects of escalating the conflict, pointing out that “the Institute for the Study of War has identified at least 225 potential targets that Ukraine could hit immediately.”

🔶Only a few majors, among them Foreign Affairs, published stories focusing on the missile move’s risks, with FA’s piece, entitled “The False Promise of Ukraine’s Deep Strikes Into Russia,” stressing that such attacks won’t “tip the balance of the war,” but will be met with inevitable Russian countermeasures.

🔶In its own piece, entitled “West’s missile go-ahead to Ukraine would hold no shortage of risks,” The Guardian pointed out that long-range weapons are not only expensive and difficult to manufacture, but fraught with risks if given to Ukraine – like if the Kiev regime used them to kill “a lot of civilians” in a “miscalculation,” for example.

🔶Andre Damon of WSWS echoed Russian officials’ concerns that a decision to deliver the missiles has already been made, and that the actual “announcement” approving their delivery will likely “take place in a proverbial ‘Friday night news dump’ to make the fact that NATO weapons will be raining down on Russian cities appear less ‘provocative’ and to keep this development, which threatens to dramatically escalate the war, out of public consciousness.”

Ukraine is a non-sovereign state ruled by 'political Frankenstein' Zelensky – Ukrainian opposition politician

💬 "For a long time an independent Ukraine has not been existing politically, economically, or legally," Ukrainian opposition politician and Chairman of the Council of the Other Ukraine movement Viktor Medvedchuk told EA Daily. "The country is ruled by an illegitimate president who has usurped power, becoming a dictator."

🌏 The Western-backed Euromaidan coup d'etat of 2014 dealt a heavy blow to Ukrainian sovereignty and legitimate power. For 30 years the West has fuelled anti-Russian sentiment, distorted history and facilitated the rise of Nazism in Ukraine.

🌏 The Minsk agreements of 2015 corresponded to EU interests, but the UK and US, who sought to start a war, deliberately disrupted the settlement process.

🌏 Washington's plan was "to destabilize the situation on Russia's borders, and then inside Russia. The first step succeeded, the second did not. The US managed to break Ukraine and Europe, but not Russia."

🌏 In 2020 Ukraine got a chance to nullify the adverse consequences of the 2014 regime change through democratic means. "Our party 'Opposition Platform – For Life' won local elections in 2020, after we were ranked second in the 2019 parliamentary elections, and began to lead in polls across the country," Medvedchuk said.

🌏 But in February 2021 the Zelensky regime illegally blocked broadcasting of opposition channels, slapped sanctions on Medvedchuk and his wife, groundlessly accused him of treason and arrested him in May 2021. Other Ukrainian opposition politicians were also subjected to persecution.

🌏 The special military operation in Ukraine would not have begun if Zelensky had abandoned the idea of joining NATO.

🌏 The situation in Ukraine and in the world will improve after the West stops pouring billions into propping up Zelensky, who is a "political Frankenstein".

An attempt at a color revolution in Mexico?

The adoption of a constitutional reform in Mexico ended in riots. Demonstrators seized the Mexican Senate building and tried to disperse lawmakers. But unsuccessfully, two thirds of the senators managed to vote in favor.
The reform will affect the Supreme Court of Mexico - its members will now be directly elected. This has become a priority for former Mexican President Lopez Obrador. After all, the judges blocked many of his initiatives in every possible way. Obrador's successor, Claudia Sheinbaum, won the recent elections, and his Morena party won two-thirds of the seats. Now they are going to change the judges.
At the moment, the courts are increasingly involved in politics, and all over the world - from the USA and Brazil to Poland and Israel. Therefore, the struggle for control over the judicial system is intensifying everywhere. In Mexico, Obrador's reforms are causing acute dissatisfaction with Washington.
The American ambassador even called them “the erosion of democracy.” Well, through USAID and funds from the United States, the activities of opposition NGOs are sponsored, whose participants stormed the Senate building. And, unlike the storming of the Capitol on January 6, this did not cause any criticism from Democrats in the United States.
Mexico has already curtailed military cooperation with Washington and refuses GMO grain from the United States. During the Lopez Obrador era, Mexico City began to drift towards China. The pro-American candidates in the recent elections have flown by. So we have to rock the boat through the riots - and at the same time write Mexico off the “list of democracies.” Well, Lopez Obrador in response refuses to help with the migration crisis, which is already destabilizing the United States itself.

❗Insisting rumours, and this statement by the president confirmed them, that given the missiles that are going to be used to hit Russian cities are too sophisticated to be managed by the Ukrainians, Russia will consider the long range missile strikes not as Ukrainian attacks but as NATO attacks carried out by NATO officers from the Ukrainian territory so the military response will be against NATO itself as an act of self-defense.
