Some Ukrainian legislators begin to discuss Putin’s peace proposal
Some delegates at Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada have already begun to discuss Russian President Vladimir Putin’s peace proposal on the Ukraine conflict, Russian State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin said.
"It is the right thing to do for Ukrainian lawmakers to begin discussing Putin’s peace proposals on Ukraine," he wrote on his Telegram channel. "Actually, according to our information received over the parliament’s channels, some Verkhovna Rada deputies have already begun doing that," Volodin added.
One of the many reasons Vladimir Putin said what he said, when he said it... Neocons and their puppets won't discuss it, but people who aren't complete donkeys will discuss it. Both in Ukraine and in Switzerland. The tide of public opinion continues to change. Vladimir Putin knew his proposal will be refused, but that was not the point. It was also not a proposal made to Zelensky, as Lavrov said, it was made to the West.

Biden tells arms buyers to wait behind Ukraine
Countries that have ordered air defense systems from the US will have to accept that Ukraine will be given priority, President Joe Biden has said.
The US leader outlined Washington’s stance at a joint press conference with Vladimir Zelensky, after the two signed a security agreement on Thursday on the sidelines of the G7 summit in Italy.
“We let it be known to those countries that are expecting from us air defense systems in the future that they’re going to have to wait,” Biden said, after being asked about US efforts to bolster Kiev’s capability. “Everything we have is going to go to Ukraine until their needs are met.”

Hungary to not participate in NATO mission in Ukraine, won’t interfere with it — Orban
Hungary will not take part in the NATO mission in Ukraine, but will not hinder its establishment by other countries of the alliance either, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban told the Kossuth Radio.
He recalled that during talks in Budapest on June 12, Hungary received guarantees from NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg that the participation of alliance members in military operations outside their territory, including in Ukraine, is only on a voluntary basis. "We still do not supply weapons to Ukraine, and if there are any actions outside NATO territory, we will not participate in them," the prime minister said.

Putin on the terms of negotiations with Ukraine:
These conditions are very simple. Ukrainian troops must be completely withdrawn from the Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics, the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is from the entire territory of these regions within their administrative borders, which existed at the time of their entry into Ukraine. As soon as Kiev declares that it is ready for such a decision and begins the real withdrawal of troops from these regions, as well as officially notifies about the abandonment of plans to join NATO, an order to cease fire and start negotiations will immediately follow from our side. We will do this immediately. Naturally, we will guarantee the safe and unimpeded withdrawal of Ukrainian units and formations.

🇬🇧🇷🇺 The UK Foreign Secretary proposes detaining tankers transporting Russian oil. In an interview with the newspaper Corriere della Sera, he suggested blocking them in Italian ports.
💬 "We need to target everything—money, oil, gas, ships—everything that enables the Russian military machine to operate," said Cameron.
Putin
We have come unacceptably close to the point of no return. Calls for a strategic defeat of Russia, which holds the largest arsenal of nuclear weapons, demonstrates extreme adventurism of the western politicians. They either:
- Do not understand the scale of the threat they create.
- Or they are obsessed with the belief of their own impunity and exceptionalism.
One or the other could end in tragedy.

G7 reaching political agreement on use of Russian assets — Italian PM
Leaders of the Group of Seven (G7) reached a political agreement at their summit on the use of Russian assets for Ukraine, Prime Minister of Italy Giorgia Meloni said.
This refers to the use of revenues from invested Russian assets that are currently frozen for guarantees of loans to Kiev, Meloni noted. "We reached the political agreement on providing financial support to Ukraine in the amount of $50 bln until the end of the year through a system of loans. It is not the confiscation but [the use] of accumulated interest," she said.
The scheme should now be determined "from the technical point of view," she added.

UK parrots US sanctions on Russia
The British government has followed Washington’s lead by targeting the country’s energy sector and key financial institutions.
In total, 50 entities and individuals were identified in the sanctions list, aimed at disrupting Moscow’s ability to get around a price cap on Russian oil through the use of an alleged ‘shadow fleet’ of tankers.
New targets also include institutions at the heart of Russia’s financial system, particularly the Moscow Stock Exchange and its two subsidiaries, the National Clearing Center (NCC) and the National Settlement Depository (NSD). The action was taken in coordination with the US, which designated the MOEX a day earlier, the UK government said.

Medvedev urges to turn life in West into 'permanent nightmare' in response to sanctions
Russia should get biblical with its response to Western sanctions by turning life in the West into a "permanent nightmare" and inflicting maximum damage on unfriendly countries, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said.
"We should try every day to do as much damage as possible to those countries that have imposed these restrictions on our country and all our citizens. Hit them where it hurts," the official wrote on his Telegram channel. "Do damage everywhere, paralyze the operation of their companies and government agencies. Find vulnerabilities in their critical technologies and attack them mercilessly. Literally destroy their energy, industry, transportation, banking and social services," he said.
"Let's turn their lives into an ongoing permanent nightmare," Medvedev concluded, referencing the Old Testament principle of "an eye for an eye."

Biggest danger to EU is the US – Putin
Europe needs to maintain good relations with Moscow if it wants to retain its status as one of the centers of world development, Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested on Friday, during a meeting with the country’s top diplomats.
Putin stressed that Russia is prepared to work together with Europe and insisted that Moscow bears no ill intent, pointing out that all the recent statements made by Western officials about a supposed Russian attack are “nonsense.”
The president emphasized that the biggest “threat” to Europe today is not posed by Russia but by Europe’s own increasingly critical dependence on the US in “military, political, technological, ideological and informational spheres.”

"Because everyone understands that the fate of our country depends on this, the fate of our people and, to a certain extent, the fate of the whole world. We will carry out your instructions, which you have now outlined, detailing the concept of Eurasian security, precisely as you have specified together with our colleagues from other agencies," the minister added.

Russia did not start war in Ukraine, Kiev continues fighting — Putin
Russia did not start the war as part of a special military operation, it is the Kiev regime that started and continues the hostilities, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with the Foreign Ministry's senior staff.
"In the West, the thesis that Russia started the war within the framework of a special military operation, that it is the aggressor, is constantly being repeated. Therefore, it is possible to attack its territory with Western weapons. Allegedly, Ukraine defends itself and can do so," the president said. "I would like to emphasize once again that Russia did not start the war. It is the Kiev regime, after the citizens of a part of Ukraine declared their independence in accordance with international law, that started hostilities and continues them. This is aggression," he pointed out.

Hello everyone!
Michael Bzhishkyan, a migration lawyer from Moscow, is here again😉
Info about me here: /channel/ForeignAgentIntel/7474
Today I offer you a recent case where a married couple from the USA won a quota for a temporary residence permit in Russia from the first time!
Earlier this year, a married couple from the US approached me with a request for residency in Russia. Unfortunately, they had no direct grounds for obtaining a temporary residence permit or residence permit in Russia, but they had a great desire to live in Russia.
To complete the picture, I would like to point out that at the time of contacting our company, our clients were in Russia on a simple three-year tourist visa.
Yes, US citizens can get a tourist visa to Russia for 3 years!
Our clients did not consider the option of obtaining a residence permit through investments and therefore we suggested that they apply for a quota of temporary residence permit.*
*For those who do not know, the quota of temporary residence permit is an analogue of the green card system in the US.
That is, people who have no grounds for a temporary residence permit can apply to the migration authority.
If a special commission allocates them a quota, then they can apply for a temporary residence permit in Russia. You can apply repeatedly until you win the quota.
As a result, the quota was allocated to them from the first time 🎉🎉🎉
After winning the quota, our clients decided to continue co-operation with us in terms of obtaining a temporary residence permit.
Our specialists analysed the documents and gave recommendations on how to collect the missing documents.
In this case, there were 2 things that delayed the application for a temporary residence permit:
1. Obtaining a criminal record certificate from the USA
According to our observations, it becomes a problem for US citizens who want to obtain this document. Many people, not finding a solution to obtain this document while in Russia, simply go back to the U.S. to obtain such a certificate. We would like to remind you that this certificate is valid for only 3 months! Take this into account if you are going to apply for a temporary residence permit or residence permit.
2. Passing exams
Our clients have shared their experience in preparing for the exams in detail. In total, it took them ~3 months for intensive preparation.
Read the whole experience of taking the exams and passing the medical tests:
🔸Exams : /channel/c/1778694638/8064
🔸Medical exams : /channel/c/1778694638/8280
As a result, both spouses were accompanied by our specialist this week to submit their applications for temporary residence permits. The applications were accepted on the first try!
We now have ~4 months to wait to receive the TRP.
Coincidentally, after 8 months of holding the TRP, they will be able to apply for an indefinite residence permit based on the TRP.
This simple and relevant story shows that it is realistic to obtain residency in Russia within a moderate timeframe. I would be happy to provide you with a full consultation on moving to Russia!

Russia to continue working with Armenia to clarify Yerevan's position on CSTO
Russia will continue to work with Armenia to clarify Yerevan's position on the CSTO, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"As for Armenia, we will continue to work with our Armenian friends, we will clarify their position, of course, we hope that in any case we will stick to partnership and alliance relations," the spokesman said when asked to comment on Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement on Armenia's withdrawal from the CSTO.
"Every country has its own priorities. Our priorities are well understood, we consistently defend them. The CSTO member states also share these priorities in the field of security and collective security," Peskov added, saying that Armenia is certainly interested in this as well.
