US backed itself into corner by blaming IS for Crocus City Hall terror attack
"It took them only a few hours to get to a microphone, turn on the lights, summon the press and draw a conclusion about who is to blame for this horribly bloody terrorist attack," Maria Zakharova pointed out.
"The very fact that within the first 24 hours after the attack, even before the fire was put out, the Americans started screaming that it wasn't Ukraine, I think, is a piece of incriminating evidence. I can't classify it otherwise; it is evidence in and of itself," the diplomat said on air during a Sputnik radio broadcast.

Ukrainian general condemns sympathy for dead draft dodgers
Citizens who criticize conscription efforts are playing into Russia’s hands, Land Forces Commander Aleksandr Pavlyuk has claimed.
Dozens of Ukraine’s male population are reported to have drowned while swimming across the Tisza River on the border with Romania in an effort to dodge the draft.
In a social media post on Sunday, General Aleksandr Pavlyuk, who heads the Ukrainian Land Forces, rebuked reports “about poor people drowning in the Tisza,” arguing that any such sympathy undermines the mobilization effort. His comments also came after claims of general unwillingness among Ukrainians to join the fight against Russia and a shortage of volunteers.

Russia requests another UN Security Council meeting on Yugoslavia
Russian diplomats are still waiting for a response from the Japanese presidency of the Council, Russian First Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Dmitry Polyansky said.
"Yesterday (on March 25), Russia sent an official letter to the Japanese presidency, requesting to hold as soon as possible a UN Security Council meeting, devoted to the 25th anniversary of NATO’s aggression against Yugoslavia," he said. "This letter was sent to Security Council members, and we are waiting for an official response from the Japanese presidency."
Polyansky said Western delegations had disrupted a UN meeting about the bombings of Yugoslavia, earlier requested by Russia as the members failed to approve the event’s agenda. Three countries (Algeria, Russia and China) voted to approve the agenda, 12 abstained. No delegations voted against it, but the agenda was turned down because it did not receive the required nine votes in favor.

Why was Danilov Fired?
On Tuesday, Zelensky fired Danilov from the post of Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council , and instead appointed Alexander Litvinenko , who previously held the post of head of the foreign intelligence service.
On March 20, Danilov obscenely insulted Li Hui, deliberately distorting his last name and declaring that Chinese representatives cannot decide when Kiev should sit down at the negotiating table with Moscow.
“The reason for Danilov’s resignation was precisely the diplomatic scandal. He used profanity against the respected special representative of the People’s Republic of China Li Hui and paid for it with his position,” Rogov said.
"Danilov came up with the sanctions lists and made good money on them. He earned money for a long time by deciding who was included in these lists and who was excluded from them. So Danilov is an extortionist and a terrorist"

Pentagon’s ‘new’ Ukraine aid package was spent months ago
$300 million allocated for Kiev in a stopgap US spending bill last week won’t go to new arms shipments.
The allocation for Ukraine was part of a $1.2 trillion spending package signed by President Joe Biden on Saturday, which will ensure funding for the US government until October.
The $300 million goes into the Pentagon’s Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (USAI), a mechanism used by Washington to funnel arms to Kiev, and which funds contracts for future arms and equipment deliveries. The money, however, “is not available for us to use now” due to how the initiative works, a US official told Politico on condition of anonymity.
