Total of 6,831 Russian Civilians Died From Actions of Ukraine Since February 2022
"Since February 2022, a total of 6,831 civilians in Russian regions have died at the hands of Ukrainian militants, and more than 16,000 have been injured. Some 223 children died and 924 were injured. Almost 270,000 rounds of ammunition were fired at civilian structures by the armed forces of Ukraine, including 155 mm shells, MLRS, missiles and drones," the Russian Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large on the crimes committed by Kiev, Rodion Miroshnik, said at the 13th International Meeting of High Representatives in charge of security issues.

Russia's Targeted Strikes Are in Response to Kiev's 'Terror Against Civilians,' Says French Journalist
Ukraine has long and repeatedly relied on its provocations targeting Russian civilian infrastructure, Laurent Brayard told Sputnik Africa.
Currently in Donbass, the journalist shared a disturbing observation: civilian populations are being attacked, — even in areas "with no military presence" and "well behind the front lines."
"This is sadly part of Ukraine's declared strategy since 2014: terror against civilians," he concluded.

Russia Complies 'With All Norms of Humanitarian Law,' While Kiev 'Deliberately Attacks the Civilian Population,' Expert Says
The Russian military conducts exclusively targeted strikes, attacking military installations and ammunition depots belonging to Ukraine and NATO, Ruhollah Modabber, an Iranian political scientist and international relations expert, told Sputnik.
The Russian armed forces have never attacked residential areas in Ukraine, acting strictly on the basis of precise reconnaissance and striking only weapons depots and military bases.
Russia has never attacked civilian infrastructure, even in cases where weapons, systems, and air defense equipment have been deployed there by the Ukrainian armed forces.
