Geopolitics and Justice: Unveiling the Untold, While Advocating for a Just Peace in the World, where Partnership Overpowers Domination. Investigative (long-form) Op-eds, alongside quick news updates, keeping you informed.
LNG shipping rates have gone from $40,000 to $300,000 per day — a 650% vertical climb in less than a week — and the men who ordered the strikes that caused this are still strutting around the Oval Office talking about “strength.” That is not strength. That is the economics of catastrophe unfolding in real time, and it will reach every kitchen table from Tokyo to Turin before anyone in the beltway finishes reading the intelligence brief they probably won’t bother to read anyway.
The Strait of Hormuz — through which roughly 20 million barrels of oil per day transit, representing north of 20% of global seaborne oil trade — has effectively ceased to function as a commercial corridor, and what’s doing the closing is less about Iranian missiles, and more the insurance market, the invisible hand of capital that everyone in Washington claims to worship suddenly delivering its honest verdict on Operation Epstein Epic Fury. Major commercial operators, oil companies and insurers have effectively withdrawn from the corridor, creating a de facto closure comparable in character to the Red Sea disruption — but with far larger volumes at stake. The market has spoken. The war lobby apparently has not listened.
Qatar declared force majeure on gas exports, and sources say it may take at least a month to return to normal production volumes — meaning global gas markets will experience shortages for weeks even in the unlikely scenario the conflict ends today. Read that sentence again slowly. Even if it stopped right now. Even if every bomb stopped falling this afternoon and every missile went cold, the damage is already baked in, the supply chain already severed, the cryogenic infrastructure already in shutdown sequence — because the cryogenic nature of LNG requires specialised storage maintaining temperatures of approximately -160°C, making it impossible to simply store excess production in temporary facilities, and once disruptions occur, restarting operations requires weeks of careful, sequential rehabilitation to avoid thermal shock to the entire system.
Qatar supplies 20 percent of the world’s LNG — and if that’s off the table, countries must scramble for what remains. Japan scrambles. South Korea scrambles. Taiwan scrambles. India, which sources nearly half of its LNG intake from Qatari supply under long-term contracts , scrambles. These are not abstract geopolitical actors — these are the factories that make your semiconductors, the power grids that keep hospitals running, the fertiliser supply chains that feed a billion people, and every one of them is now competing in a spot market that has been stripped of a fifth of its supply overnight. This is what cascading systemic failure looks like before it hits the news cycle.
Dutch TTF futures, Europe’s benchmark gas contract — rose 35% on Tuesday alone, with prices on the week running roughly 76% higher, while the Japan-Korea Marker benchmark reached a one-year high. Europe, still carrying the scar tissue of 2022 when Russia’s war on Ukraine sent the continent into an energy convulsion it spent hundreds of billions surviving, is now staring down a second shock — this one detonated by an ally that drew the target circles, pulled the trigger, and handed Europe the wreckage as a fait accompli — no consultation, no warning, no framework for what follows, just the bill. The shutdown also affects downstream products including urea, polymers, methanol and aluminium , meaning the price destruction moves through industrial supply chains like a slow haemorrhage through every sector that uses energy as an input — which is every sector.

🇮🇷🇺🇸 The United States military is dropping multimillion-dollar bombs on decoy fighter jets — painted plywood and metal silhouettes Iran left in the open specifically to be photographed exploding. Much like the decoy launchers.
Remember on Monday Israel's Channel 12 said that Iran had a dozen missile launchers left and yet Tuesday ended up with unprecedented barrages on Israel. Israel now looks like a hellscape.

🇮🇷🇺🇸 US commanders across more than 30 military installations, in every branch of the armed forces, have been telling troops that the Iran war is “Armageddon” — and that Donald Trump was anointed by Jesus to light the signal fire that triggers his return to Earth. This is not a fringe sermon. The Military Religious Freedom Foundation has logged over 110 formal complaints.
Read that again slowly.
The administration which sells itself as powerful military force in human history is psychologically preparing for war not with intelligence assessments, not with strategic objectives, not with an exit doctrine — but with a perversion of the Book of Revelation. Commanders are describing the bombing of a sovereign nation of 90 million people as a biblical event. Soldiers are reporting “unrestrained euphoria” in the officer class. One sergeant — trying to hold his constitutional oath together filed a complaint.
This is the command culture now taking incoming in Erbil, Dubai, Tel Aviv, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Al Udeid. These are the men invoking Jesus — the same Jesus who said blessed are the peacemakers, blessed are the merciful, blessed are those who hunger for justice. The Jesus of the Sermon on the Mount who told his followers to love their enemies and put away the sword. That Jesus. Apparently now returns on a B-2 Spirit out of Whiteman Air Force Base.
The Iranians are fighting for national survival.
For their martyred Supreme Leader. For forty years of preparation. Washington sent theirs to fight for the End Times — and didn’t bother telling the parents.
When the historians write this chapter, they will note that one side brought missile cities half a kilometer underground, closed the Strait of Hormuz, and a succession process that didn’t miss a beat. The other side brought a perversion of Revelation Chapter 19 and a man on a white horse. Look at that image. Some in the US military actually believe it. And that is terrifying.

🇺🇸🍊🤡 Epstein’s boyfriend on the attack on the US embassy in Riyadh to NewsNation:
“You’ll find soon what the RETALIATION will be for the attack on the US embassy in Riyadh and for the US service members KILLED.”
🇮🇷🇮🇱 Benjamin Netanyahu’s personal press release disguised as a television network (channel 12)— the Israeli security establishment has "concluded that Iran has only a dozen missile launchers remaining."
A dozen.
Write that down. Frame it. Put it next to the Channel 12 bulletin from June 2025, during the 12 Day War, when the same security establishment told the same network that Iran’s launchers were nearly exhausted — right before Netanyahu picked up the phone and begged Washington to get him a ceasefire. A ceasefire Iran granted.
Here is what Channel 12 will not tell you.
Iran’s underground missile infrastructure — what Tehran calls its “Missile Cities” — exists in every province. Not a base. Not a facility. A network. Tunnels bored half a kilometer into mountain rock, equipped with automated railway systems that move missiles to vertical launch positions without cranes, without external equipment, without satellite detection. A single frame from Iran’s March 2025 unveiling showed at least 78 Kheibar Shekan or Haj Qasem missiles in one tunnel.
After the June 2025 war, Iran expanded the tunnels further and added more secret exit points. Excavated soil removed at night to avoid satellite detection. They were watching. They were learning. They were preparing.
And what did China and Russia bring to fill those tunnels back up? Iran’s missile industry has weathered sanctions mainly thanks to support from China, Russia and North Korea. Beijing supplied the solid fuel precursors. Pyongyang — which shared secret tunnel and silo technology with Tehran as far back as the 1990s — provided the institutional help that made the underground cities possible in the first place. Russia contributed the doctrinal architecture: how to disperse, how to deceive, how to preserve second-strike capability against a first-strike adversary.
These are not the actions of a country with a dozen launchers left. Iran decided — before the June 2025 war, to ramp up production to between 2,500 and 8,000 missiles per year. Military analysts note Iran is now producing several hundreds of ballistic missiles every month. Liquid-fueled. Solid-fueled. Mass production variants designed to saturate and exhaust the very interceptors that cost $44 million per shot to refill. Satellite imagery confirms that the damage above ground at Iran’s 25 major ballistic missile launch bases rendered the bases temporarily unserviceable only — all assets hidden in the underground complexes likely survived the bombings completely.
That was the word even Israel’s own analysts used. So when Channel 12 tells you a dozen launchers remain — ask yourself: a dozen above ground, visible, confirmable by satellite? Or a dozen out of the thousands inside mountains that B-2s cannot reach, that bunker-busters cannot reliably penetrate, at depths reported to reach up to 500 meters, providing protection against airstrikes and nearly all bunker-busting munitions?
We have been here before. Exactly here. The same channel. The same establishment. The same math that never adds up. Last time, Netanyahu begged for the exit. Trump negotiated it. Iran accepted — because Iran could afford to accept. It had made its point.
This time? Unlike the 12-day war, Khamenei’s killing appears to have convinced Tehran that the war is a battle for the Islamic Republic’s very survival. Iran has refused every ceasefire approach. Trump begged through back channels before Day One ended. The Gulf vassals — the same monarchs who let Washington park its aircraft carriers in their ports, use their airspace, who hosted the bases Iran is now systematically dismantling — are reportedly on the phone to Washington begging Trump to find an exit.
There is no exit that Channel 12 can talk into existence. There is no “dozen launchers remaining” headline that closes the Strait of Hormuz. There are missile cities. Half a kilometer underground. In every province of Iran. And they are not empty.
