FROM USAID TO US AI. On Monday Palantir co-founder and CEO Alex Karp trumpeted the work Elon Musk is doing to overhaul the federal government, saying it will ultimately benefit his company. On Tuesday shares of Palantir skyrocketed, gaining 22.8%, but were up as much as 27.7% during the day.

Asked about DOGE—Musk’s “department” of government efficiency, which has spent the last week unilaterally axing federal agencies—Karp said he welcomed the “disruption.”

We love disruption, and whatever’s good for America will be good for Americans and very good for Palantir,” Karp, who is worth an estimated $8 billion, said.

“There will be ups and downs. There’s a revolution. Some people are going to get their heads cut off. We’re expecting to see really unexpected things and to win,” he boasted.
Musk and his team are asserting control over much of the federal bureaucracy and sensitive government computer systems, have the keys to the government’s entire payment system, including Social Security checks, tax refunds and Medicare benefits. They have also seized control at the Office of Personnel Management and the General Services Administration, key institutions that function as the central nervous system of the U.S. government. In other words, state capture.
Palantir, which provides AI-driven intelligence to corporate and government clients, including the Pentagon, was founded by Peter Thiel, Stephen Cohen, Joe Lonsdale, and Alex Karp in 2003...with "a little help" from the CIA's venture capital arm In-Q-Tel. No wonder USAID has become redundant. AI will take care of many of its functions once it's absorbed into the State Department. @LauraRuHK

Trump won’t rule out deploying US troops to support rebuilding Gaza, sees ‘long-term’ US ownership - AP

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump on Tuesday suggested that displaced Palestinians in Gaza be permanently resettled outside the war-torn territory and proposed the U.S. take “ownership” in redeveloping the area into “the Riviera of the Middle East.”

Trump’s brazen proposal appears certain to roil the next stage of talks meant to extend the tenuous ceasefire between Israel and Hamas and secure the release of the remaining hostages held in Gaza.

The provocative comments came as talks are ramping up this week with the promise of surging humanitarian aid and reconstruction supplies to help the people of Gaza recover after more than 15 months of devastating conflict. Now Trump wants to push roughly 1.8 million people to leave the land they have called home and claim it for the U.S., perhaps with American troops.

“The U.S. will take over the Gaza Strip, and we will do a job with it too,” Trump said at an evening news conference with Netanyahu by his side. The president who made his name as a New York real estate developer added: “We’ll make sure that it’s done world-class. It’ll be wonderful for the people — Palestinians, Palestinians mostly, we’re talking about.”

Trump said the U.S. would redevelop the territory after Palestinians are resettled elsewhere and turn the territory into a place where the “world’s people”— including Palestinians — would live. He offered no detail about what authority the U.S. would use to take the land and develop it.

Egypt, Jordan and other U.S. allies in the Mideast have cautioned Trump that relocating Palestinians from Gaza would threaten Mideast stability, risk expanding the conflict and undermine a decades-long push by the U.S. and allies for a two-state solution.

Saudi Arabia’s foreign ministry issued a sharply worded reaction to Trump, noting their long call for an independent Palestinian state was a “firm, steadfast and unwavering position.” Saudi Arabia has been in negotiations with the U.S. over a deal to diplomatically recognize Israel in exchange for a security pact and other terms.

“The duty of the international community today is to work to alleviate the severe human suffering endured by the Palestinian people, who will remain committed to their land and will not budge from it,” the Saudi statement said.

Still, Trump insists the Palestinians “have no alternative” but to leave the “big pile of rubble” that is Gaza. He spoke out as his top aides stressed that a three-to-five-year timeline for reconstruction of the war-torn territory, as laid out in a temporary truce agreement, is not viable.

Can't even keep up with Trump these days. Wonder if he is asking Jordan and Egypt to take in people who lost their homes in the LA wildfires, that could years to rebuild too.

Reports indicate that Ukrainian forces are preparing a grouping to push the Russian incursion around Vovchansk out and secure northern Kharkov Oblast.

I don’t see why you would try to carry out an offensive operation here as it is observed heavily by Russian ISR and the city of Vovchansk is in complete ruins.

Maybe the only option they see at having a possible victory is in this region and it would make headlines yet again, “Ukraine kicks Russia out from a 2024 incursion”.

as they lose the entire southern Donetsk region.

🇭🇺 “We will not allow foreign-funded organizations to interfere in Hungary’s affairs. They call it democracy-building; we call it what it is—political manipulation.”
— Viktor Orbán

For over a decade, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has been a leading force in exposing and dismantling Western-backed NGOs operating as tools of foreign influence.

From USAID and NED to Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF), these groups have attempted to fund opposition movements, manipulate elections, and destabilize Hungary—just as they did in Ukraine (2014), Serbia (2000), and Georgia (2003/2023).

Who's Behind It?
USAID & NED:

• 2022: USAID launched a $20M “Democracy Strengthening” initiative in Central Europe, with a special focus on Hungary, aimed at funding opposition-aligned NGOs and media ahead of national elections.
• NED has backed activist networks promoting open-border migration, LGBTQ policies, and opposition-led protests.
• U.S. embassy connections: Leaked documents show direct coordination between Western diplomats, USAID-funded NGOs, and opposition figures.

Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) – Forced out of Hungary in 2018, OSF had aggressively pushed open-border migration policies, influenced Hungarian media, and funded anti-Orbán protests.

Western-backed NGOs & Media – Groups aligned with pro-EU activists, LGBTQ lobbyists, and globalist interests receive foreign funding to pressure Hungary into compliance with Brussels and Washington.

What Did Orbán Do?

✅ 2017 – Passed Hungary’s foreign agent law, forcing NGOs receiving over €24,000 from abroad to disclose their funding sources.

✅ 2018 – Expelled Open Society Foundations and forced the Central European University (CEU), Soros’ elite training ground, to leave Hungary.

✅ 2018 – “Stop Soros” Law – Criminalized assistance to illegal migrants and tightened regulations on foreign-funded NGOs.

✅ 2021 – Resisted an EU court ruling attempting to overturn Hungary’s foreign agent laws, doubling down on NGO transparency measures.

✅ 2023 – Launched further crackdowns on foreign influence in media and education, restricting Soros-funded programs.

Orbán has refused to let Hungary fall victim to the same Western-backed “civil society” operations that fueled revolutions and coups across Eastern Europe. That’s why he faces relentless attacks from Brussels, Washington, and corporate media, all branding him a “threat to democracy.”

Orbán has made it clear: Hungary will not be another pawn in the West’s geopolitical games.

Donald Trump: ‘The US will take over the Gaza Strip and we will do a job with it too. We’ll own it and be responsible for dismantling all of the dangerous unexplored bombs and other weapons on the site, level the site, and get rid of the destroyed buildings, level the site and get rid of the destroyed buildings, level it out and create economic development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for people in the area, do a real job, do something different. Just can’t go back, if you go back it’s going to end up the same way it has for 100 years.’

If Donald Trump is seriously proposing displacing 2 million Palestinians of Gaza and the US taking ‘ownership’ of Gaza, the anti-American sentiment in the Middle East will reach even higher than the feverish level it is at now.

Saudi Arabia had denied Donald Trump’s assertion that Riyadh is no longer seeking a Palestinian State and has reaffirmed that it won’t sign any normalisation agreement with Israel unless there is a Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital.

To back the colonial plans of one apartheid ethno-state, Trump risks completely losing the other nations of the Middle East who are already looking to BRICS. This plan will cause such revolt and disgust that the US’ influence will only continue to decline.

To date, the United States has allocated approximately $177 billion worth of aid to Ukraine, but the war-torn nation reports they have received less than half. Now Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is asking for another $20 billion so he can find out what happened to the $101 billion dollars that was somehow lost.

"In order to locate the missing funds, we will need more funds," said Zelenskyy. "That's just basic economics. And if you don't give it to us then you hate Ukraine and democracy."

Given that the money would have arrived in the form of humanitarian aid or weapons, some officials have questioned exactly how Zelenskyy can be so sure he was shorted the funds, to which he replied, "I don't know, that's what I need the $20 billion for."

According to sources, former President Joe Biden's inability to end hidden junk fees may be the reason Ukraine is short on funds.

"Ukraine has been at war with Russia since 2022 and that costs a lot of money," economist John Havorthorpe said. "If they don't find the missing funds soon they may have to resort to begging for foreign aid — again."

At publishing time, Congress had voted to reallocate funds intended for victims of the LA fires to Ukraine so they could find out what happened to their missing money.

Tariffs on Russian Fertilizers Have Become a "Triple Failure" for the EU, Writes Politico

Duties were introduced in 2024. This led to price increases. In the next season, for example, prices will rise by €40-45 per ton (an additional 11-13% to the price).

Nevertheless, EU officials want to continue increasing duties and make them "prohibitive" by 2028.

This could lead to a crisis and a "deadlock" in the agricultural sector, farmers warn. Brussels fears new protests from agricultural workers.

The White House has published a list of the most important ridiculous expenses of USAID.

Billions of dollars were spent on the creation of irrigation systems and the purchase of fertilizers in Afghanistan. These fertilizers are used to make heroin.
Several hundred thousand dollars were transferred to the account of an organization that is involved in terrorist activities. Funds were also allocated to provide Al-Qaeda militants with 100,000 servings of food.
47 thousand dollars were spent on the production of "Transgender Opera" in Colombia, and 32 thousand dollars were spent on the creation of "Transgender Comics" in Peru. In addition, the agency has allocated 70,000 dollars for a musical that promotes LGBT people in Ireland.
