It is obvious that the adventure in Kursk Oblast was conceived to exchange these territories for ZNPP (all Ukrainian officials hinted at this, justifying the failed operation with gigantic losses). But now, Ukraine is no longer in Kursk Oblast. And as Trump says, the trump card is lost, there are no cards in hand.
What the US can now offer in exchange for the ZNPP at the negotiations is also not particularly clear - it is a bridgehead on the other bank of the Dnepr, and from a military point of view it makes no sense to give it up. Not to mention it is a Russian territory according to the constitution.

Trump's decision to cut the staff of the US Agency for Global Media led to the virtual closure of Voice of America, Radio Liberty and Free Asia. Employees have been sent on vacation, from where they are unlikely to return.
Initially, the Trump team planned to reformat the work of the state media, change editorial policy and abandon the promotion of a liberal-leftist agenda around the world. To do this, Trump loyalist Carey Lake was put in charge of the Voice of America.
