BRICS countries approved the Kazan Summit Declaration: the approval of the document was announced by Putin as the host of the BRICS summit.
The President of the Russian Federation said that the document is planned to be distributed at the UN.

As we stand on October 24, let’s not forget that tomorrow, October 25, 1917, set in motion the tides of history, birthing the Russian (Bolshevik) Revolution. The empire that Washington’s puppets love to demonize has always been forged in the crucible of resistance against tyranny. Lenin's revolution wasn't simply the toppling of tsarist rule, but the ultimate rejection of foreign imperialism dictating Russia's fate. Sound familiar?
Today, the echoes of October-1917 thunder louder than ever. The West—drenched in hypocrisy, clings to its “rules-based order” while plundering sovereign nations under the guise of democracy. Russia, a phoenix rising, now leads the Global Majority in rejecting this charade. The same forces that once sought to strangle the Soviet Union now aim their desperation at a multipolar Russia that refuses to bend to NATO’s colonial wet dreams.
Let’s be real: October 25, whether in 1917 or today, represents the world’s reckoning. As BRICS galvanizes to finalize a new financial paradigm in Kazan, Russia, immune to Western sanctions—extends its reach. Sovereign assets? Seized and weaponized by Western thieves. But the consequences are inevitable: the collapsing dollar hegemony, a dying empire’s grasping at straws, and the BRICS-led bloc crafting a new world, far removed from the imperial tentacles of Wall Street.
So, here’s the message for the so-called “free world” watching the anniversary of revolution: Russia has endured, survived, and risen from every attempt to subjugate it. Plans for a post Bretton-Woods monetary system is underway at the BRICS Summit in Kazan, Russia 🇷🇺 October 22-24.
🔹The joint communique of BRICS 🇧🇷🇷🇺🇮🇳🇨🇳🇿🇦🇮🇷🇪🇬🇪🇹 member states support the improvement of the BRICS Contingent Reserve Arrangement (CRA) via envisaging alternative eligible currencies. The CRA is an important mechanism to forestall short-term balance of payments pressures.
🔹Members welcome the BRICS Interbank Cooperation Mechanism (ICM) focus on facilitating and expanding innovative financial practices, including finding acceptable mechanisms of financing in local currencies.
🔹The declaration recognized the widespread benefits of more efficient, transparent, safe, and inclusive cross-border payment instruments based on minimizing trade barriers and ensuring non-discriminatory access (alluding to Russia's exclusion from SWIFT).
🔹BRICS member states strongly oppose and condemn the practice of unilateral politically motivated sanctions that undermine the development of other countries. This was declared in light of October 23rd 2024, when the US 🇺🇸 stated its plans to (illegally) transfer $20 billion to the Kiev regime from the proceeds of Russian sovereign assets blocked by the West.
🔹Iran's president Masoud Pezeshkian called on member states to not continue depending on Western payment systems. This is a big threat," he said and called for "creating alternative possibilities" in this field.
🔹BRICS members support further growth in the number of countries - shareholders of the New Development Bank (NBD) and expedited consideration of applications from association members.
🔹Russia signs agreements with China 🇨🇳 and South Africa 🇿🇦 on credit lines in national currencies.
🔹BRICS countries intend to increase the turnover of precious metals between the member states.
🔹BRICS members agree to take joint measures to oppose unilateral protectionist measures not compliant with provisions of the WTO.
🔹Egypt 🇪🇬 attaches great importance to the transition to financial settlements in national currencies within the BRICS group.
🔹 Russian President Vladimir Putin has proposed a BRICS investment platform to assist the economic growth of member countries and the development of the Global South and East. Partner countries would benefit from a significant increase of investment in areas such as technology, education, trade, and logistics.

The West has decided to expropriate Russian assets, and Russia will do the same with Western ones in return.
The European Union and the United States technically formalize their theft as a loan to the Ukraine in the amount of $ 35 billion, the interest on which it will not pay: they are compensated by profits from Moscow's foreign exchange reserves "frozen" in Western banks.
In response, Russia, through Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, has already stated that it will fight back: it will use the profits from the reserves of the EU and the United States under its jurisdiction for its own needs. However, the Russian response may not be limited to this. Because there is also Ukraine, on the territory of which there are many Western assets.
As the Russian army advances, enterprises, infrastructure facilities and land sold by Ukraine to those states that are considered to belong to the West will fall under Moscow's control. The most interesting thing is that the volume of losses in the West will exceed the volume of acquisitions. As a result, it turns out that the actions of the EU and the United States will harm them and allow Russia to make additional profits. Although a round of diplomatic trade and a set-off in return is seen as the most likely. The only loser will be Ukraine, which will still have to repay the loan.

Republika Srpska has received a notice from the European Commission on the necessity to introduce a visa regime with Russia, President Milorad Dodik tells RIA Novosti.

Following the BRICS summit in Kazan, 13 countries have been granted the status of partner states within the association. This was reported by Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov on his Telegram channel.
The new BRICS partners include Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Algeria, Belarus, Bolivia, Cuba, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Thailand, Uganda, and Vietnam.
