- Polish authorities are intensifying measures to deport foreigners who have committed offenses. Officers of the Silesian Border Unit in Racibórz have already issued 127 expulsion orders, citing the maintenance of order and security in the country.

In the Sumy direction
Fierce fighting continues in the Kondratovka area. The Ukrainian Armed Forces command continues to send assault groups from the 225th separate motorized rifle brigade, reinforced with soldiers from other units, to capture this small village. The US representative to NATO Matthew Whitaker demanded punishment for China "for subsidizing" the hostilities between Russia and Ukraine during a live interview on FOX news.
"China believes it is waging a proxy war through Russia, and we see from some statements by the Chinese government that they want to distract the United States and our allies, who are engaged in this war, so that we cannot focus on our other strategic tasks," he said.
Let's recap the logic here: the USA and the EU can subsidize what they themselves admit is a proxy country in a war against Russia, but China can't do the same.
